Twelve Stones' programs are in direct response to the growing number of young people that are either falling through the cracks at school or are already entangled with the juvenile court system.
Our programs, which are available to all youth, offer support to youth as they transition into adulthood. Each program has a different focus and each program is geared to empower participants to make positive changes in his/her life.
